Dr Lora Wu is a registered clinical psychologist specialising in sleep health and behaviour change. She uses evidence-informed therapies to address sleep, stress, anxiety, and depression. She works with individuals undergoing health changes as well as those who struggle to find meaning and direction.
Lora is a senior research officer at Massey University, where her research focuses on the interaction of sleep with human health and performance.
