I have been working with individuals with insomnia, circadian phase disorders, and parasomnias since about 1985.  My approach involves both traditional CBT techniques, and elements of ACT and similar "acceptance" approaches.  I find that this approach can be helpful quickly, and once someone "gets it" they can weather occasional relapses fairly well.  I have offices in Broomall and Ridley Park, and am affiliated with a full-service sleep center as their resident sleep psychologist.  I have passed both the ABSM and BSM boards, and am familiar with a wide variety of sleep difficulties and treatments, and can readily refer to sleep physicians when appropriate.  Finally, I make every effort to make my services affordable, and accept most commercial insurances and Medicare.
