At Inland Insomnia Therapy, clients are scheduled for six weekly sessions which begin with a highly thorough intake process that includes a full examination of the client's psychiatric and psychological history. An exhaustive history of the client's sleep patterns will also be taken followed by sleep-related psychological testing.
