For the last few years, I have practiced as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a specialization in Family and Child therapy helping individuals with behavioral, emotional, and cognitive issues. After working with adolescents and their families on depression, anxiety and ADHD symptoms, I have discovered that all these conditions negatively affect sleep patterns. As a result, I have become passionate about helping individuals sleep better using evidenced-based methods.
