I am  passionate about healthy sleep and helping people sleep better. I've been treating patients for sleep problems and training health professionals about sleep since 2000.  Currently,  I work via Telehealth from my office in Media, PA with patients from all over the US.

My typical patient is dealing with ongoing insomnia and has often tried multiple sleep medications without success.  Our work together is based on treatment called CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for Insomnia) and is focused, hard work for several weeks.

I also work with patients who struggle with chronic nightmares and train them using IRT (Imagery Rehearsal Therapy) to diminish the intensity and frequency of the nightmares without use of medication.

I'm a licensed psychologist and board-certified behavioral sleep medicine (BSM) specialist and diplomate.  I started this private practice in 2020.  I've been conducting psychotherapy since 1999 and CBT-I since 2010.

While I am licensed as a psychologist in Pennsylvania and Delaware, I am also PsyPact certified. This means I am able to treat you if you are living in any of 25 other states.

Currently, that list includes: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia
