DBSM, FSBSM is Associate Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and Director of Behavioral Sleep Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Disorders Center. She earned her doctorate in psychology from Indiana State University, completed her intership at the Cincinnati VA, and completed her post-doctoral fellowship in clinical health psychology at Cleveland Clinic. Most of my clinical experience has been within the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I work in integrated Primary Care teams, helping veterans with various behavioral and health concerns, including sleep issues. I received extensive CBT-I training through the VA, which included 6 months of consultation reviewing audiotaped cases to ensure I was delivering the treatment with fidelity.
