Angelique Britt, LSW New!
I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) within an adult mental health Partial Care (PC) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), offering evidence-based sleep treatment for individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, and for those navigating mental health challenges during the perinatal period. Sleep concerns are first addressed during an initial consultation during which sleep-focused psychoeducation will be provided. Follow-up CBT-I sessions may be recommended to address thoughts and behaviors negatively impacting your sleep.
Addressing sleep concerns is an important part of your overall wellness and mental health recovery. At this time, access to sleep services, including sleep consultations and CBT-I, requires active participation in our PC or IOP. Our comprehensive programming includes individual therapy, group therapy, experiential groups, supportive family sessions, medication management, sleep services, and dietitian services. We also offer a specialized perinatal mental health track led by a fully licensed therapist with a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). This integrated approach allows us to address sleep concerns within the context of your broader mental health needs and treatment goals.
