I am a Clinical Psychologist and Registered Counsellor based in Ipoh, Malaysia. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental conditions, and adjustment-related difficulties. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based psychological interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and behavioural approaches to sleep and emotional wellbeing. In my CBT-I work, I support clients to understand the factors that maintain insomnia and to apply structured, practical strategies to rebuild healthier sleep patterns. I am also actively involved in mental health training, supervision, and community-based mental health initiatives, with a particular interest in making evidence-based care accessible and culturally responsive.

Siew Chung is a registered Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in behavioural sleep medicine, particularly the assessment and treatment of insomnia, circadian rhythm sleep–wake disorders, and nightmare disorder. He has extensive clinical and teaching experience in the management of depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders within Singapore's public primary healthcare system.
