I'm Tracy Hannigan, an insomnia therapist practising exclusively online via Zoom. I specialise in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) and ACT-I (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Insomnia) for adults with chronic insomnia. I'm also an ACE Certified Health Coach with a specialism in Behavioural Change, offering a coaching support to those in the process of working through their insomnia. Clinically, I'm a registered osteopath.

I work with people who have been struggling with sleep for months or years -- those who have tried sleep hygiene, apps, and medication and are still not sleeping. My approach addresses the conditioned arousal and psychological patterns that maintain insomnia, not just the surface symptoms.

Who I work with:

Adults with chronic insomnia (difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or early morning waking)
People with high sleep anxiety, bedtime dread, or hypervigilance around sleep
Women experiencing perimenopause and menopause insomnia, including those whose insomnia persists after HRT
People tapering from sleep medication who need structured sleep therapy support
Those who have completed a digital CBT-I programme (Sleepio, Sleepstation) but not fully recovered
People for whom CBT-I alone was not sufficient and who need ACT-I to address residual sleep anxiety

Format: Online via Zoom. Available to clients anywhere.
