Dr Anna Joyce is a Chartered Psychologist offering personalised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help you achieve restful sleep. She is dedicated to improving your sleep quality and overall well-being through effective one-to-one therapy courses via phone or online video call.
She has an academic background in cognitive neuropsychology and has been researching sleep since 2007, including in neurodivergent conditions.
