If insomnia is ruining not only your nights, but also your days, I can help.

I am trained to support you using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). If you are looking on this directory, you may well already know that in the UK, the National Institute For Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommends that CBTi be offered as the first-line treatment for adults of any age. It is recommended over and above sleep medication.

I offer support online and in-person. The programme typically consists of a series of 1-hour consultations spread over 6 weeks. I offer a free, initial telephone or online consultation to find out if you are suitable for the CBT-I treatment.

I am a registered Health Psychologist and a Chartered Psychologist (BPS 293750). I am also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC PYL37983).

Health Psychology is my second career, and now passion. I worked in the corporate sector for 25 years before retraining to become a health psychologist. My career and life experience help me to underestand your sleep issues in the context of your wider life. Seeing people get their life back after CBT-I is what drives me to support my clients.
