I am a Clinical Psychologist with a robust scientific background and specialized expertise in neuroscience, sleep research, and chronobiology. I adopt a multidisciplinary approach in my works, combining chronobiological protocols, neuroimaging techniques, and cognitive testing to assess how circadian rhythmicity and sleep homeostasis affect cognition.
As sleep expert and psychologist, I highlight the importance of establishing correct sleep hygiene and routines by applying a structured program (CBT-I) to achieve a good night’s sleep and overcome sleep difficulties.
