I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). I have completed over 60 hours of direct clinical experience providing CBT-I to patients. My training includes an intensive program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine, a leading institution in behavioral sleep medicine. I also received advanced CBT-I training and supervision during both my clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship, which allowed me to further strengthen my skills and expertise in this evidence-based treatment.
