I am a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health (LPC-MH) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) with 30 years of experience, specializing in addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. In recent years, I have completed extensive training in sleep disorders and have become particularly passionate about providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and Imagery Rehearsal Therapy for Nightmares (IRT). These evidence-based interventions are highly effective—often producing meaningful improvements in about two months—and provide long-term benefits that can serve as an alternative to medication for many clients.

I am among the first in the nation to earn the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia Credential (CBTI-C) from the Board of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I look forward to offering these interventions with fidelity at my newly established outpatient practice, SleepWell Counseling.
