I have extensive training and experience in providing CBT-I to adults and older adults. As a staff psychologist at the Indianapolis VAMC, I completed the VHA's CBT-I certificate program. Additionally, I have trained students and clinicians in CBT-I. I also am trained in CBT for Nightmares (CBT-N). Now in private practice, I remain passionate about helping individuals aged 18 years and older with their sleep.
