I am Hawaii's first board certified behavioral sleep medicine specialist, and a medical/health psychologist. I provide therapeutic coaching in a safe, supportive, & validating environment. I specialize in helping clients of all ages overcome various sleep concerns - such as insomnia, hypersomnia/narcolepsy, PAP adherence, sleep phase/circadian issues, pediatric sleep problems, nightmares, parasomnias - using non-medication lifestyle & behavioral change strategies. I also help clients better understand their problems, increase insight & self-awareness, & build life skills/stress coping related to anxiety/panic, relationship issues, parenting, depression, trauma, grief/bereavement, & chronic pain/disease management.

I am also Cognitive Behavioral generalist, & provide evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills training, & Emotion-Focused Therapy.
