Dr. Kate Kaplan is a nationally-recognized expert in the behavioral treatment of adult and adolescent sleep disorders, including insomnia, hypersomnia and circadian rhythm disorders. She has 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy across a variety of settings, including hospitals, community clinics, university medical centers and as part of federally-funded research programs. She is one of a handful of psychologists in the Bay Area who is board-certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
