Deirdre Conroy PhD is a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Clinical Director of the Behavioral Sleep Medicine Clinic at the University of Michigan. She obtained her PhD in psychology from the City University of New York and her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan Addiction Research Center. She is a clinical psychologist boarded by the American Board of Sleep Medicine, Behavioral Sleep Medicine, and American Board of Professional Psychology. She is also owner of Happy Healthy Rested, PLLC. Her research has focused on the relationship between insomnia and substance use disorders including alcohol and cannabis.
