Jenae is passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being and regain hope. She believes the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies are intrinsically connected and incorporates mind/body techniques to treat the whole person. Jenae’s work has been informed by her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Board Certification in Biofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Combining these practices, she is particularly interested in helping clients significantly improve sleep. By exploring beliefs and nervous system dysregulation that may be hindering sleep, she assists clients in gaining incredible benefits in not only sleep performance but also decreased anxiety, improved mood, and increased energy overall. Through her biofeedback training, she specializes in training heart rate variability (HRV) to enhance nervous system regulation.
Jenae is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New York, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. She uses her yoga practice to inform nervous system regulation and mindfulness practices.
