I am a retired firefighter/paramedic, who has extensive experience working with first responders as a certified recovery coach, recovery specialist, peer support specialist, and CBT-I clinician. I am also a Master Instructor for the International Association of Fire Fighters and have presented multiple times on firefighter sleep deprivation and how to get better sleep s as a first responder. While I am not limited to working only with first responders, I do enjoy coaching first responders and their families. I bring a level cultural competence and lived experience to the relationship that other clinicians may not possess.
