We all experience trying times throughout our lives and we all deserve to live a life of joy and peace. Deciding to ask for help is not always easy, especially when it comes to mental health. I believe clients are the experts in their own experiences and a mental health provider's job is to support clients while they navigate different trials and tribulations.

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, comfortable environment where clients can express themselves and work through their experiences, feeling supported and cared about. I have experience working in and around the Deaf community and am fluent in ASL. I have been trained in CBT-I to support people with chronic insomnia.

I am taking new clients, both in person and through telehealth. I would love to talk to you to discuss how I can work with you to support your goals and ease symptoms.
