Lizzy is a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Her practice offers cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) along with integrative psychiatric care. She is able to de-prescribe sleep medications when appropriate and loves helping people find restful sleep after months or even years of struggling with insomnia. Lizzy completed her training in basic CBT-i at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Washington.
