When we’re not getting the rest we need, it can feel like we’re running on empty - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Sleep deprivation doesn’t just affect our energy levels; it impacts our mood, memory, and even our ability to handle stress.

As a therapist, I  bring over 20 years of experience to help people with various life issues. I specialize in helping individuals get their sleep back on track, let go of constant worry, and feel more at peace using the proven techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). This approach is short-term, usually lasting about 6-8 sessions."

For many years, I struggled with insomnia. I finally found the help I needed in CBT-I which inspired me to complete the recommended training with two renowned experts in the field of behavioral sleep medicine.
