Mr. Ruan is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 20 years of experience in mental health and behavioral treatment. He currently offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Nightmares (CBT-N), and Image Rehearsal Therapy (IRT) to individuals via telehealth in Washington. He has worked with individuals with complex conditions including substance use disorders, chronic pain, and serious mental illness. Mr. Ruan has previously served as Program Manager of the Co-occurring Disorders Program in VA Puget Sound Health Care System, as well as Quality Improvement consultant for various VA hospitals throughout the Northwest.
