Dr. Mills works with adults and adolescents. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), he is trained in specialty techniques for PTSD (Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy) and anxiety. He is also experienced with diagnostic and psychological assessment. Dr. Mills brings acceptance and a sense of humor to the therapy relationship, as well as a pragmatic focus on helping you achieve the results that matter most to you. Outside of the office, he provides training and consulting to agencies and in academic settings.

Dr. Mills has a background in crisis intervention, forensic assessment, and neuropsychology. Since 2011, he has worked extensively with first responders and military personnel, as well as their family members.

Dr. Mills accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield as well as private pay. He offers a 10% private pay discount for current or retired first responders.
