I have worked as a clinical sleep physiologist since 2003. I have worked as a senior sleep physiologist in Mater Private Hospital and Bon Secours Hospital as well as Manager of Clinical Physiology in Mater Private. I am BRPT registered as a polysomnography technician since 2008. I completed a CPD in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for insomnia (cbt-i) within MSc in Behavioural Sleep Medicine, University of Glasgow in 2011. I am due to complete MSc in Evidence Based Future Health Care in University of Galway in 2026.
I have extensive clinical knowledge of all sleep disorders.
I set up The Insomnia Clinic in 2013. The clinic takes referrals from GPs and consultants from all over Ireland and abroad.
