I have 10+ years experience working as a psychotherapist in the NHS and private practice and I specialise in sleep-related problems.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). There is scientific research that supports the use of these approaches for a variety of problems. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and want to take time to understand your unique circumstances before suggesting treatment. I will usually complete an initial assessment with you to work out your difficulties and goals, and then spend some time formulating a bespoke treatment plan which I will share with you.

My qualifications include:
-CBT-I trained for the treatment of Insomnia
-CBT & ACT therapy (BABCP accredited)
-IPT therapy (IPT UK accredited)
-Health Psychology (MSc)
