Sleep is fundamental to health, wellbeing and daytime functioning. Quality sleep is associated with improved mood, cognitive function, physical performance and life satisfaction as well as lowering risk for conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and dementia. As someone who always considered themself a poor sleeper and having experienced sleep problems first hand, I understand the impact in can have on your life and those around you. I rarely suffer with sleep problems now and want to support others to improve their sleep and live the life they were meant to.
