I am a Professional Counsellor (MPCC-Provisional), registered with the CPCA, that is specializing in Chronic Insomnia. My past professions include pharmacist and clinical homeopath however I am passionate about anxiety counselling but see the huge demand for CBT-I. I work for myself and am flexible with appointments to suit everyone's schedule. I have a seven session program designed for Chronic Insomnia. It includes seven individual 1:1 sessions. An assessment is done before the admission to the program to make sure that it is a good fit for your needs. Each program lasts 8 weeks. If you are desiring a gradual dose reduction of medication, I am able to do this with the coordination of your physician and pharmacist.
