I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping people sleep better. I tailor CBTI-I to your needs by taking into account what works for your specific nervous system. This can include addressing a mind that won't turn off, a body that feels panicky or on high alert, or feeling awake for no known reason at all. I also offer general therapy incorporating CBT, somatic, and psychodynamic approaches for anyone who overthinks, overanalyzes, and has trouble "shutting off their brain" - whether it's day or night.
