Dr. Lindsey Ross-Bailey is a licensed clinical health psychologist with experience helping adults to make changes in their thinking and behavior to improve their health or prevent their health from getting worse. Dr Ross-Bailey is trained in providing individual and group health interventions and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as her primary approaches to treatment. She is Board Certified in Clinical Health Psychology via the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Ross-Bailey has worked for over 10 years as a clinical health psychologist for a large medical center and is an adjunct lecturer for the University of Wyoming undergraduate psychology program. Dr Ross-Bailey has either worked embedded in or affiliated with sleep medicine clinics providing CBT-i or CPAP non-adherence services for over 10 years.
Dr. Ross-Bailey is a current member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
