Dr. Lindsey Ross-Bailey is a licensed clinical health psychologist with experience helping adults to make changes in their thinking and behavior to improve their health or prevent their health from getting worse. Dr Ross-Bailey is trained in providing individual and group health interventions and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing as her primary approaches to treatment. She has expertise in working with individuals who are experiencing difficulties related to sleep/insomnia ( including CBT-i and OSA/CPAP adherence training), quitting nicotine, transitioning between stages of life, coping with or managing a chronic illnesses, seeking to better manage their weight or create new habits for a healthier lifestyle.

Dr. Ross-Bailey earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Syracuse University and her Master’s of Science and doctoral degree from the University of Wyoming. She completed her internship in Behavioral Medicine at Geisinger Medical Center and her post-doctoral fellowship in Health Psychology at the White River Junction VA Medical Center. She is Board Certified in Clinical Health Psychology via the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Ross-Bailey has worked for over 10 years as a clinical health psychologist for a large medical center and is an adjunct lecturer for the University of Wyoming undergraduate psychology program. Dr Ross-Bailey has either worked embedded in or affiliated with sleep medicine clinics providing CBT-i or CPAP non-adherence services for over 10 years.

Dr. Ross-Bailey is a current member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
