I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner at Elessar Psychiatry with 10 years of experience in psychiatric care. In 2026, I expanded my practice to include CBT-I, completing the basic and advanced training through the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine.

My approach is direct, humorous and collaborative, with a focus on improving sleep, simplifying medication regimens, and reducing unnecessary medication use when appropriate.

Through in-person and telehealth care, I'm working to establish Elessar as a trusted sleep resource for patients and referring clinicians in Utah and Colorado.
