I've worked in healthcare since 2011, beginning my career as a registered nurse in critical care. I have developed a strong foundation in complex patient management. In 2021, I completed my master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner and moved into the field of sleep medicine. It was there that I discovered my passion for helping people transform their sleep. A year into practice, I pursued specialized training in CBT-I. Today, I specialize in helping individuals break the cycle of insomnia and reclaim restful sleep through compassionate, supportive, evidence-based care.
