My therapy experience includes working with a variety of ages and presenting concerns in family medicine and integrated healthcare settings. I have extensive training in Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
I enjoy helping others find relief from insomnia utilizing CBT-I, a first-line evidence-based treatment for insomnia disorder. Typically, this treatment spans 4 to 6 sessions, depending on your goals. Research shows CBT-I works whether you're on or off sleep medications. Before starting CBT-I, please seek a medical evaluation from your primary care provider to rule out any medical causes.
