I'm Rayni Collins (BC-DMT, LPCS, LCMHCS), a sleep and mental health therapist based in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Since April 2022, I’ve been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and have helped many clients regain restful sleep—even when nothing else had worked before. I use a two-phase treatment model. Phase One focuses on sleep health using CBT-I and principles from Behavioral Sleep Medicine. This typically takes 1–6 sessions and is designed to quickly improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety at night, and restore natural sleep rhythms.
