I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in providing compassionate and effective evidence-based treatment for insomnia. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), an extremely effective, time-limited treatment that does not involve the use of medication. Often, people find that their sleep significantly improves within 6 sessions of treatment. I also specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, and mood difficulties. I view therapy as a true partnership where I aid individuals in identifying challenges, solutions, as well as key areas of strength. I believe deeply in the resilience of the human spirit and I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients build practical skills and tools to become aware of, and move away from, unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and habits. Please contact me to further discuss your treatment needs and goals. I look forward to hearing from you.
