Dr. Kaplan’s enthusiasm for sleep began at Stanford University where she received her B.A. and M.A., followed by a Ph.D. at the University of California Berkeley and two postdoctoral fellowships at Stanford School of Medicine. In addition to her practice, Dr. Kaplan is on the clinical faculty at Stanford, consults for various companies and lectures about sleep around the world.
Dr. Kaplan enjoys working with clients in her virtual private practice, where she specializes in the treatment of sleep disturbances, mood and anxiety disorders.
