I partner with those frustrated with their sleep & desperate for more restful nights. Treatment for insomnia typically only takes 8 sessions. Together, we can develop a treatment plan to you get the restorative sleep you need. During which we can also work with your prescriber to get you off of sleep aids. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) & other evidence-based techniques to identify and addressing the root causes of your insomnia. Nightmare treatment typically only takes 4 sessions.

I am currently accepting new clients who reside in Texas. I accept insurance and private pay and offer a free 15 minute consultation. View my calendar to schedule with me on Centerforslumber.com

I am a licensed clinical therapist and have been providing therapy since 2014.
I personally struggled with insomnia for over a decade and I thought I was doomed to bad sleep until I discovered CBT-I and was cured in 6 weeks. CBT-I changed my life and I was so inspired that I dedicated my career to helping others sleep better.
