The more mundane details: My training in sleep was completed in 2012 through supervision with Philip Gehrman, PhD, CBSM, a sleep researcher and clinician at the University of Pennsylvania. I completed an APA-Accredited Psychology Internship and Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. I worked at the University of Pennsylvania's Counseling and Psychological Services as a psychologist for seven years. Then I worked at the University of Delaware Center for Counseling and Student Development for many years as a therapist, Internship Coordinator, Assistant Director, Associate Director and Director.
