Jenae is passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being and regain hope. She believes the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies are intrinsically connected and incorporates mind/body techniques to treat the whole person. Jenae’s work has been informed by her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Board Certification in Biofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Combining these practices, she is particularly interested in helping clients significantly improve sleep.
