Not sleeping is a huge burden and affects every part of our lives. I work with clients to understand the nature of their sleep problems and work collaboratively to manage sleep issues more effectively. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for insomnia. In addition to sleep disorders, I also treat individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and other stress related conditions as well as other issues that are commonly combined with insomnia.
