Dr. Jamie Loor has extensive training and experience in delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). During her predoctoral internship at the Durham VA Medical Center in NC, she provided evidence-based individual and group therapy to veterans experiencing insomnia. Dr. Loor also specializes in CBT for a range of conditions, including chronic pain and other health-related concerns. She has worked extensively with individuals with PTSD and comorbid sleep issues, helping them achieve better sleep and overall quality of life.
