I’m Rayni Collins, a sleep therapist practicing in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Since April 2022, I've been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), significantly enhancing my ability to help clients achieve better sleep and overall well-being. My background in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling (DMT; MA degree obtained in 2013) and Brainspotting (certified since October 2024) allows me to incorporate body-based methods into my practice, providing a holistic approach to mental health. Through my extensive experience, I have developed a unique, action-oriented approach that addresses not only sleep issues but also deeper symptoms of stress, anxiety, and trauma. My passion lies in educating and empowering others to achieve lasting positive change in their lives. But first comes better sleep.
