I am an LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor) located in North Carolina. I have been offering CBT-I in a clinical setting as an outpatient therapist since 2021. I am passionate about providing evidenced-based treatment to help individuals with insomnia and other sleep concerns.

I am in-network with private insurance plans from BCBS, Aetna, and United HealthCare / Optum, and I also offer self-pay services. Please note: I am out-of-network with Medicare and Medicaid and I am unable to accept primary or supplemental plans associated with Medicare and Medicaid regardless of provider.
