Betsy Stade, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and research scientist at Stanford University. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Dr. Stade earned her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Pennsylvania where she completed training in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I). She has a small private practice in San Francisco and offers virtual therapy throughout California.

Dr. Stade completed her predoctoral residency at the VA Palo Alto, and received advanced postdoctoral training at Stanford University.
