In my current role, I provide training and consultation on evidence-based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Brief Behavioral Treatment of Insomnia (BBTI) and for circadian-rhythm sleep wake disorders, as well as other health psychology treatment such as cognitive behavioral therapy for chronic pain.
