As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, I help my clients explore beliefs that are getting in the way of sleep and guide them in powerful CBT-I techniques that transform wakefulness into slumber. My group practice, Zest Mental Health Counseling, has prioritized sleep, and includes a second CBT-I provider as well! The CBT-I protocol typically takes 6-10 sessions to complete, and our work is done on a HIPAA-compliant video platform. More broadly, I am a relational and experiential psychotherapist utilizing somatic experiencing (SE), accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), and internal family systems (IFS).
