I am a licensed clinical psychologist, researcher, and educator. I completed my PhD at The Ohio State University, internship at the Medical University of South Carolina, and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Kansas. I trained in Behavioral Sleep Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina and have been doing clinical work and research in this area since 2019. I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where I study the link between sleep and eating behaviors and train our next generation of clinical psychologists. I am particularly interested in translating new findings from research into clinical practice and helping make psychological treatments more effective and accessible.
