Dr Sara Winter Featured
Dr Sara Winter is a Clinical Psychologist and CBTi provider with over 17 years' experience and a special interest in sleep disorders and chronic disease. Sara completed her PhD in the area of sleep disorders and health behaviour change, specifically CPAP adherence. Sara works in a quaternary multidisciplinary sleep disorders service delivering psychological interventions for a variety of sleep conditions including CBTi for insomnia. Sara has trained numerous psychologists in behavioural sleep interventions and is a member of the Australasian Sleep Association Behavioural Management of Sleep Disorders subcommittee - driving national educational programs and strategic direction for health services at all levels of the care continuum.

Sara Crocker Featured
Sara Crocker is a Clinical Psychology registrar and CBTi provider based in Brisbane with a special interest in sleep disorders. Sara completed her Masters of Clinical Psychology in 2022. She undertook an internship placement in the sleep psychology service at The Prince Charles Hospital in 2021 with Dr Sara Winter and has worked within the sleep psychology service since. Sara has clinical experience in managing a variety of sleep disorder presentations including insomnia, hypersomnolence conditions, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, and OSA treatment adherence. Sara is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
